Week 3 wasn’t so good for my wife at weight watchers. She gained 2 pounds. Once again we thought that the lack of exercise was the culprit. No matter how well you keep an eye on what you eat, you still have to exercise. This week she is going to try to break up the exercise times into 20 minutes at a time versus one 40 minute workout.
